Shipping Policy:


We take enormous pride in our Sea Moss and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition, and at the earliest possible date.

You'll automatically receive an email confirmation containing a tracking link when your order ships. 

Please note that we cannot provide refunds or replacement orders for packages that are left out and unattended after delivery, and therefore spoil for any reason, including not being home due to variable arrival dates.

Where can we deliver the package to?

We ship anywhere in the United States.

How much is shipping?

We offer Standard Shipping for $5, Priority Insured Shipping for $10, and Free Shipping for orders above $50.

What are the shipping times?

It takes around 1-2 days for the order to get processed.  After your order has been processed, it takes around 3-7 days for the item to be delivered.

There are many things we do to ensure the safe transit of fresh food around the country. These include double-thickness insulated liners, industry-leading performance gel packs, deep freezer preparation, expedited shipping services, and efficient package transfer from our facility to USPS.

There are, unfortunately, some things outside of our control. Once our packages are in the hands of USPS, we have no ability to influence the timely delivery of your order. We cannot provide refunds or replacements for delayed shipments for factors outside our control.

Factors causing delays outside our control include:

  • Inclement Weather
  • COVID-related logistics issues
  • High package volume
  • Mechanical errors
  • Local carrier mis-scans
  • General carrier delays
  • Inaccurate/incomplete shipping information
  • Address closed
  • Inability to deliver to a building

If there are any shipping issues with your order, please reach out to us and we'll see how we can make it right! We may, at our team's sole discretion, choose to issue a replacement shipment for your order.

Additional Notes:

A few other important notes about our shipping policy:

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • We are not able to provide a refund for packages that are stolen or missing after delivery (please be at home to receive your package).
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, please let us know the same day it is marked as delivered so we can assist you in locating it (time is of the essence with perishable goods!).
  • If your package has a failed delivery attempt for any reason, please let us know the same day the delivery attempt is made so we can assist you in locating it (again, time is of the essence with perishable goods!).
  • We reserve the right to deliver your order sooner or later than indicated at the time of checkout based on day-to-day fluctuations in shipping carrier deliverability, as well as other factors that influence our ability to deliver your order
  • Once we begin the fulfillment process, we cannot update your shipping address or process any cancellation requests.
  • To deliver your order as quickly as possible, we may begin the fulfillment process as soon as we receive your order. Therefore, in many cases, once you have placed your order, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations. 
  • Your order will ship with insulated thermal panels and high-performance ice packs. The ice packs and Sea Moss are designed to arrive chilled.
  • If we choose to send you a replacement shipment, we reserve the right to ship the replacement shipment at the date of our choosing, when we deem the carrier and weather conditions most safe for transit.
